Designed for high school-age All Star athletes to learn about themselves first in order to become an effective and authentic leader of tomorrow. Athletes in Action Leadership Core Workshop. Designed for 6th-8th grade All Star athletes, this virtual workshop is fun and interactive. Each session provides different lesson plans specific to learning leadership styles and forms of communication applicable to the team dynamic. Sessions are unique so athletes can attend more than one session. The training includes:

I.M.P.A.C.T. (Integrity Motivates People and Cultures to Transform) Leadership Core Workshop. Designed for USASF member adult athletes, owners and coaches to provoke thought, deepen one's sense of self-worth, and strengthen and empower your voice as a leader and role model. Attendees receive six hours of leadership training by USASF Facilitators. The training includes four lesson plans, two customized lessons for your program, and a workbook (digital). Also included is an initial 30-minute consultation with our USASF Leadership Directors to learn about the program needs and select the two bonus lessons. Note: Travel is not included. Price is per person and must be paid by the person scheduling the workshop.
*Core Athlete or Adult Training Workshops require a minimum of 12 participants and must be prepaid to confirm the requested date.
*In-Person Core Workshops do not include the cost of travel, hotel and meals for USASF Leadership Facilitators.
*Each Core Training Workshop includes two USASF Leadership Facilitators for up to 25 participants, and more facilitators will be added for every additional 12 participants registered.
*In-Person Core Training Workshops require a $500 deposit upon booking and all travel must be booked at least 30 days prior to the workshop and confirmed through the USASF Leadership Director.
You can customize the training to fit your schedule, budget, and needs with live in-person training or virtual training options.
Choose from the following lessons to design your own virtual training for your staff, your team or your programs. Choose your date, time and the number of lessons needed and our USASF Director of Leadership will coordinate with you within 48 hours of booking.

The IMPACT leadership workshop was such a powerful experience. It hit home in so many ways for me personally. It was incredible to see how it impacted my staff as well. The self-reflection and understanding of myself and others was so enlightening.
