The U.S. All Star Federation is pleased to announce the 2025 Class of USASF Scholarship Recipients

Each year, the U.S. All Star Federation honors a group of exceptional student-athletes whose achievements extend far beyond the sport. These individuals embody the spirit of All Star athletics—excellence in performance, academics, leadership and character.

The USASF Scholarship Program supports college-bound seniors who not only shine in their sport but also demonstrate integrity, determination and a drive to succeed. Applicants are evaluated based on their academic record, a personal essay, recommendations from coaches and club directors and a skills portion. Applicants are carefully evaluated through a rigorous process that includes a personal essay, academic achievements, recommendations, and a skills demonstration. Finalists are then invited to an interview which highlights their professionalism, self-representation and commitment to their community and goals.

Since 2008, the United States All Star Federation has awarded over $1 million to more than 300 deserving athletes. This year, all finalists were granted a $2500 scholarship. In both cheer and dance, runner-ups received $3000, while top winners were awarded $5000. Receiving a USASF scholarship is more than a financial award—it’s a celebration of everything these athletes have learned and accomplished through their All Star journey.

Premiering in 2023, the USASF KP Connection Scholarship honors the well-rounded athlete who embody the qualities and legacy of the late Kathy Penree, USASF Board president, Connection Leader, and club owner of CNY Storm. The $5000 USASF KP Connection Scholarship is awarded to an athlete who is a dedicated leader within their club and community, with a positive outlook and compassionate heart. This award highlights a hardworking, passionate individual who advocates for something meaningful beyond themselves, capturing the spirit of perseverance and service that Kathy Penree exemplified.
