How much does an athlete membership cost?
The athlete membership fee is $49 per term/season. The membership term/season runs June 1 - May 31.
How do I pay the membership fee?
To register or renew, go to USASFmembers.net and use the appropriate box to either RENEW or CREATE a membership. You will be prompted through a questionnaire/census and program selection before reaching the payment screen. Athletes new to USASF All Star will be prompted for payment at the end of the registration process. When renewing an account, you will be directed to the payment screen immediately after login.
Can you take my membership payment over the phone?
No, we can only process membership payments electronically through the athlete profile.
Can I pay for both of my children’s memberships at the same time or do I have to do them individually?
If your athletes are set up under a parent account you can make payment for multiple athletes at the same time. If your athletes have separate accounts, each account must be renewed individually.
My child is no longer participating in an All Star club and has not yet competed. Can I get a refund?
No refunds are offered. During the payment process you agreed to the non-refundable and non-transferable terms of membership.
Oops! I was double-charged. How do I get a refund?
Contact support@USASF.net. Please provide the athlete’s first/last name and DOB and forward your receipts to verify the double charge.
Why is my coach saying that my child’s membership is not paid even though I recently paid?
It’s possible that your payment was made on a duplicate account instead of the one attached to the club. Please email support@usasf.net with your athlete's name as well as a copy of the payment receipt you received via email.
I have paid the athlete membership fee. Why is she/he still showing ineligible?
Athletes who are 18 and older or will be turning 18 at any time during the competition season (June 1 - May 31) are identified as ADULT ATHLETES. All adult members are required to complete a background check and abuse prevention education. The links to those items are found on the athlete account DASHBOARD. Once completed, she/he will become eligible to compete.
My athlete was a member of the USASF last year so I know she/he has an account, but my username and password don't work. What should I do?
Please visit usasfmembers.net and click FORGOT / RESET PASSWORD. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive a password reset via email that will enable you to access your account. If your email address is not recognized, but you are sure you had an account last year, please do not create a new account. Email your athlete's full name and DOB to support@usasf.net so that we may help locate your account.
How do I add my other child(ren) to my existing child’s account so I only have one login?
Parents are able to have multiple athletes under one email address.
NOTE: If you receive a CELL PHONE ERROR message, check the cell phone field in the parent info and all athlete profiles.
My children have separate athlete accounts with two different logins. Can I merge these accounts into one?
Yes. To MERGE existing athlete accounts under one login:
I have forgotten my username and/or password. What should I do?
I just set up a profile for my athlete but now I cannot login. How do I gain access?
Please follow the steps shown in the above question
I have requested a password reset but I have not received the email. I've even checked in my spam folder. What do I do now?

I no longer use the email address that is associated with my account. How can I change my email address/username?
Please contact support@usasf.net. Provide the athlete name, DOB, current email address and the email address you prefer.
Why do I need to provide you with my child’s birth certificate?
The USASF verifies the age of each athlete to ensure fair play.
May I mail/email my athlete’s birth certificate to you?
No, we only accept the digital upload. If you’re having difficulty with the upload, check the file size. If you continue to have difficulty, contact support@usasf.net.
I accidentally uploaded one child’s birth certificate to my other child’s profile. How can this be corrected?
Please contact support@usasf.net for assistance.
I don't have an official copy of my child’s birth certificate. Will you accept anything else as proof of my child’s birthdate?
Yes, we accept passports, state-issued IDs, military IDs and driver's licenses.
How do I add/drop a Club in my athlete’s profile?
To ADD a CLUB:
To DROP a previous Club:
It says pending approval next to my athlete's Club name? What do I need to do to become approved?
The club owner must approve your request from their club portal. Please let the club owner know that you have requested to be added and are still pending their approval.
Can I change Clubs in the middle of the season?
An athlete has the right to leave a club and go to another at any time during the season. The USASF highly recommends that all financial obligations to the original Club A be met before moving to the new Club B. No official release is required.
If an athlete leaves Club A to compete at The Cheerleading/Dance Worlds with Club B then a release waiver is required. The decision to sign or not sign the release waiver is at the discretion of the Club A.
