ATHLETE 5 STAR MEMBERSHIP
USASF Athlete 5 Star Membership is required for all cheer and dance athletes who will be participating at The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds. This level of membership also gives athletes access to USASF Scholarship opportunities, $1 Million Catastrophic Insurance Coverage, complementary copy of the Worlds Commemorative Magazine Issue, and an official USASF Membership Card. The cost for 5 Star Membership is $25.
What’s the difference between Athlete ID and 5 Star Membership?
Athlete ID is a no cost service provided to USASF members with the purpose of verifying athletes’ ages and creating Official Event Rosters to provide confirmation of age at events.
5 Star Membership is a level of membership that provides additional benefits to athletes including catastrophic insurance coverage, eligibility to compete at the Cheerleading and Dance Worlds and eligibility for college scholarships. The cost for 5 Star Membership is $25.
All athletes must be registered in Athlete ID prior to the first event in which your teams will be competing in 2013-14. 5 Star Membership is required for athletes who will be competing at Worlds.
How can I learn more about 5 Star Membership?
There are three ways to learn more about 5 Star Membership:
- Athlete ID and 5 Star Membership training sessions will be held at all USASF Regional Meetings this summer. Coaches will learn how to input and update athlete information. For dates and locations, click here.
