Mission
The mission of the NSGA is to recognize that the small gyms who are important to the growth of all-star cheerleading and dance, have needs that are different that larger gyms.
Membership
Membership to the NSGA is inclusive with USASF membership. The association will meet annually to discuss the different needs and ways to meet them through positive relations and efforts. As a united front we, the small gyms of America, can band together and encourage each other. Small Gym’s must have under 75 participants at the time of entry. Members who grow past 150 participants will no longer be considered a small gym.
Competition
The NSGA is different than the Small Gym Divisions some Event Producers can offer. Event producers may offer “Small Gym” divisions within an event or “Small Gym” Competitions that are strictly small gyms. Gyms who compete in these divisions must have 100 or less athletes and one physical address. Gyms who are members of the NSGA but have grown to over 100 athletes are not eligible for competition.
